More than 170 children from Huntley 158 elementary schools attended Kids Night Out, hosted by the Huntley High School Student Athlete Leadership Team on April 7.
The event raised more than $1,700 for the Huntley Animal House Shelter and the Grafton Food Pantry.
Attendees enjoyed participating in a number of activities, including bounce houses, pedal car races, arts and crafts, movies, and sport-specific activities with guidance from HHS athletes and coaches.
