Dr. Pauwels has worked in Huntley School District 158 for more than two decades, first as a teacher and then as an administrator. Prior to becoming principal at ECC she was a 4th grade teacher and assistant principal in elementary.
Dr. Pauwels is an alumna of Northern Illinois University and recently completed her doctorate at Aurora University.
