Vehicle Procedures for the Morning
• Enter the line by following the signs
• Double car lines will be formed
• Pull all the way up to the furthest staff member on duty
• Be sure to stay in line and in your vehicle
• Students are required to exit the car by themselves CURB SIDE only. Staff members will be on duty to escort the students into the building.
Vehicle Procedures for the Afternoon
• Enter the line by following the arrows around the soccer field
• Double car lines will be formed
• Be sure to have visible the hang tag with your child’s number
on your rear view mirror. This tells the staff on duty who you
are authorized to pick up. Students will not be released to cars
until buses are loaded.
• Students will be loaded curb side only
• Students will only be released to those who are in the car line.
• Students are required to enter the car by themselves curb side only. Staff members will be on duty to support students as needed.
NOTE: If you child requires assistance with buckling a seat belt, please allow your child to enter the car and then pull into a parking spot to assist them.
Changing Arrangements
All changes in transportation arrangements should be submitted in writing by the parent. Except in emergency situations, notification of a change in transportation arrangements needs to be made before 2:30 p.m. Changing transportation arrangements, based on a last minute phone call, can compromise the safety of the children and delay the delivery of other children.
