Learn about Korean culture and heritage through the eyes of Chef Jess. As an adopted Korean, she will speak about her story and journey to find a deeper connection with food. During this event, you’ll also learn how to make japchae, a traditional celebratory noodle dish with assorted vegetables, noodles, and sesame oil, along with a special surprise recipe.
