Current Status: Modified Remote Learning
Earliest Possible Return Date: January 19, 2020
Background:
- The District initially proposed a “50/50” (A/B Day) Model of hybrid learning for grades 6-12 on October 8.
- At the behest of the Board of Education, the plan was revised and presented October 15 as a “25%” (A/B/C/D Day) Model, with an anticipated start date of November 2.
- Since that time, the hybrid return has been delayed and the District has remained in Remote Learning due to public health conditions.
The District is planning for a return to hybrid learning in the second semester, with a return date depending on public health factors. It is anticipated that this return will be in the “50/50” (A/B Day) Model. Information on this model is below.
Please note:
- The plan information below refers to grade 6-12 students only.
- Families who had selected hybrid in the October survey will maintain that selection. Those who had selected remote in the October survey were sent a form in November to update their selection if desired.
