2022-23 Course Registration Begins

Welcome to course registration for the 2022-23 school year for our current HHS students!

Parents and Guardians, your engagement is critical to student success and we encourage you to get involved in the course selection process! Please review and discuss your student’s selections with them.

Students, please be thoughtful and careful as you choose your courses.  While we are here to help you, it is ultimately your responsibility to choose the correct courses and complete the process successfully. 

If you need to make any changes to your selections, you will have two opportunities to do so: 

• You can go back into PowerSchool during the week we will be in your classes, until the following Monday morning at 7am.
• You will have the opportunity to request elective changes during a two week window from April 25th to May 6th.  Details about this process will be shared closer to those dates.

We will not be able to accommodate any elective changes at Material Pick Up days next year, so it is very important for the choices to be accurate.  

Event dates and timelines:

• January 7: Current sophomores and their parents will receive the course selection information video.
• January 10:  The video will be shown to current sophomores in their English classes.
• January 11 – 14: Counselors will be in English classes with current sophomores. 
• January 14: The video will be shown to current Freshmen in their Advisory classes and shared with parents and students for review at home.
• January 18 – 21: Counselors will be in English classes with current freshmen.
• January 21: The course selection information video will be shared with current Juniors and their parents.
• January 24: The video will be shown to current Juniors in their English classes.
• January 25 – 28: Counselors will be in English classes with current Juniors.
