RAD’s April Community Event
LGBTQ+ Allyship: A Conversation on Building an Accepting & Inclusive Community

This month, Huntley 158’s RAD Community Event will be held on Friday, April 29th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. in celebration of LGBTQ+ Americans.

The event will feature guest speakers that will share their experiences with equity, inclusion, peace, and acceptance, along with insights on how our community can foster allyship. We’ll also have an LGBTQ+ book fair and merchandise sale.

This is a FREE event held at Huntley High School.

The goals of Recognizing American Diversity (RAD) are to recognize, celebrate, and discover diverse perspectives and identities that have historically been underrepresented. We work from the assumption that everyone benefits and grows from knowing more about one another.
