Rental requests for the 2023-24 school year are now being accepted and will be processed around August 21st in Priority order and then according to the date and time received.
To allow for beginning of the year District and/or school functions, indoor facilities will not be available for use until Monday, September 25th for Second through Fifth Priority Levels (Boy & Girl Scouts, art classes, language classes, after-school enrichment programs, etc.) This does not include Extended Time and a few other previously scheduled programs.

Making Your Request:
All requests must be made on the Application for Use of Buildings or Grounds form.
For requests with multiple dates, please be sure to include a list of the exact dates you are requesting. For example, do not submit a request for the third Tuesday of each month. Here’s a link to the 2023-2024 Yearly Calendar for your reference so as to void requesting No School Days, Institute Days, Holidays, Winter Break, Spring Break, and other non-rental dates. Please also note Early Release dates for requests for use immediately after school hours.
ALL communications regarding your rental (request to use rooms, fields, dates and times of use, etc.) should be directed to Lorie Woods, Director of Administrative Services. Please do not contact the school office, Principal, Athletic Directors, individual coaches (including District 158 coaches), or other renters.
