Applications for the 2022-23 school year are now being accepted. All applications will be date and time stamped upon receipt and will be processed around August 22nd so as to allow the schools time to enter their activities and events. Applications will be processed in Priority order and then according to date and time received. See application for Priority order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Indoor facilities will not be available until Monday, September 26th for Second through Fifth Priority Levels and may only be requested to take place in gyms, multi-purpose rooms, or cafeterias. Classroom rentals are NOT permitted.

Making Your Request:

All requests must be made on the Application for Use of Buildings or Grounds form.

For requests with multiple dates, please be sure to include a list of the exact dates you are requesting. For example, do not submit a request for the third Tuesday of each month. Here’s a link to the 2022-2023 Yearly Calendar for your reference so as to void requesting No School Days, Institute Days, Holidays, Winter Break, Spring Break, and other non-rental dates. Please also note Early Release dates for requests for use immediately after school hours.

ALL communications regarding your rental (request to use fields, schedules, etc.) are to be directed to Lorie Woods, Director of PAC and District Facilities Rentals. Please do not contact the school office, Principal, Athletic Directors, individual coaches (including District 158 coaches), or other renters.
