Mackeben Elementary School had the honor of recognizing a number of first responders, active members of the military, and veterans during its Patriot Day Assembly on September 11.
These heroes were introduced to the entire school along with the students or staff members to whom they are related. The school then honored them by singing My Country ‘Tis of Thee.
