Early Childhood Center

Parent Tot will be closed all day for this event. (Sign-up begins 12/2/19). Let your child experience yoga!  This class is designed to introduce traditional elements of Hatha Yoga to young children in an engaging, playful and creative way. We will combine traditional asanas, simple breathwork and mindfulness exercises to promote strong and flexible bodies as well as balanced and peaceful minds! We will use books and storytelling to guide the kids through movements and introduce concepts such as self-love, acceptance and gratitude. We will dance, sing and have plenty of fun!  Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to class.  This program is limited to 20 families and will last 30 minutes.

(Sign-up begins 1/24/20). Did you know that all children are musical? Come sing, play, dance, and make music with your child and with new friends! Music Together is a research-based, developmentally appropriate music class for children from newborns through age five with a parent or caregiver (grandparent, babysitter, etc.). Learn how to nurture the musical growth of your child, regardless of your own musical ability. It’s tons of fun for the whole family as you explore music through small/large motor movement, call and response, lap activities and hands-on use of noise making instruments and fun props. Experience Music Together and find out how important—and how fun–your role can be! Music Together will last 30/35 minutes. Limited to 30 people.
